Shipping Information
All chicks are shipped in live animal boxes. Eggs are carefully packaged in multiple layers of dirt, egg cartons, bubble wrap or hay, and boxes to minimize the chance of breakage. We do not guarantee that your chicks or eggs will arrive alive or undamaged, but we take the greatest care to ensure that they do. We want return customers!
We ship within the continental United States via UPS.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.All sales are final; however, if there is a problem with your order that is our mistake, please let us know so that we can make corrections, if appropriate.
Local Pickup
We are located in Alvin, Texas. If you are in the Alvin area (south of Houston), we can arrange for local pickup. Contact us for more information.
